As Day of the Dead traditions in Mexico evolved to include pets in family ofrendas, Cerveza Victoria, one of the most culturally relevant brands in Mexico, reimagined the legend of the Xoloitzcuintli.
In Aztec mythology, this ancient dog guided souls to Mictlan, the afterlife. The result was a contemporary story about love beyond death and the first fully handcrafted animated film ever created by a beer brand.
